How to create Quote
Sheets
InsurancePro has several quotes sheets available
for your convenience such as: Auto, Home Owners, Commercial and more.

Choose
Quote Sheet from top menu bar and select applicable policy type. An Auto Quote Sheet was used to illustrate this example.

NOTE: This feature really helps when you and your
staff are not familiar with the questions that need to be asked to get a quote
for a specific line of business. The completed Quote Sheet will provide you with
all the information at your finger tips to process quotes on the carrier’s
websites.
Type
in the client information on the form.

To print the Quote
sheet, select Print in
the top left hand corner of the main menu bar across the top of the screen.

The
Close option will allow you to save the form. Selecting Yes to saving the form will place a copy of the form
in the Print Forms/Letters area in
the Policy Summary of that
client.

You will also be
given the opportunity to enter a description
of this form. You may choose to use this
entry to describe the policy type such as: Young Driver or Family Policy. When you have saved the Quote Sheet,
InsurancePro will create the customer in your client file.

The
Policy Summary screen will appear with the customer information and the Policy
Status as Prospect.
TIP: The Agent who is logged in to
InsurancePro at the time the Quote Sheet is completed will be the
selling agent attached to the policy. An
Administrator has the ability to change the attached selling agent.
