How to reactivate a deleted agent

From the Deleted CSR list, select the agent you want to activate.

Once the agent has been selected, click on the Undo Delete link.

You will then be asked to verify that you want to activate this agent. If so, click on the Yes button. Then click on the OK button to complete the activation process.
