How to bridge your client information from the TurboRater into InsurancePro.

 

 

Enter your client information into the TurboRater.  You may bridge your client data from the TurboRater into InsurancePro by click on the    (bridge icon) on the Quote Breakdown screen.

 

 

Click the option for InsurancePro.

 

 

 

 

The program will ask:  "Would you like to process the transferred client in InsurancePro now?"  Yes, will allow you to finish entering the client into InsurancePro.  (TIP: This is the recommended option.  It only takes about 3 seconds to complete.)  No, will send the client information to a temporary file and you would use the Load Data from Rater option in InsurancePro to finish the process later.

 

 

If you have InsurancePro already open, it will take you to this screen to process the client.  If you have not opened up InsurancePro the program will automatically open and allow you to log in and then take you to this page.

 

 

Information for ...  will appear.  Select the Company and selling Agent you would like attached to this policy type.

 

Any Agency Fee you choose in the TurboRater will appear here.  You can type in the box and/or change what is listed here.

 

If you know the Policy Number you may enter it at this time.

 

Policy Status will always show as Active.  You may want to choose Quote from the dropdown if you have not bound this policy yet.

 

Select a brief Coverage description of the policy.  You can use the list provided or type your own description in the box.  You also have the ability remove anything in the list by highlighting an item in the dropdown and hit CTRL+ DEL on your keyboard.

 

Ref. Source will list what was chosen in the TurboRater as a lead source. You may change the information, type in the box and/or choose from the list provided.  You also have the ability remove anything in the list by highlighting an item in the dropdown and press CTRL+ DEL on your keyboard.

 

Determine which Agency Location you would like to assign this policy to.

NOTE: Depending upon the level of location permission assigned by the administrator, you may or may not have the ability to change the Agency Location.

 

Click the  Done button when you are finished processing client.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Policy Summary Screen will automatically open up for the client.  

 

TIP: All of the detailed information you entered in the TurboRater will be in the client file and can be seen in the View/Edit Details area.  You may proceed with any update of payments, notes and/or letter/forms you would like to process for this client.
