How to attach a signature in InsurancePro

1)      First have the Agent or CSR write their signature on a sheet of paper, scan and save it to the computer.  Save it as a 2” x 0.5” image in a jpeg file format.

 

2)      Open InsurancePro and from the Agency Settings menu, select Manage Agents.

 

3)      Highlight the agent name from the AGENTS/CSR list and click on View/Attach Signature under the OPTIONS section.

 

 

4)      Double click in the box with an example signature called Sample.

5)      Locate the signature saved as a Jpeg image on the computer or network and select the image, by searching in the Look in entry field.

6)      The signature will now appear in the signature box.

7)      To complete this set up, click on the Close button.
