Download and General Forms in the Print
Forms/Letters area.

Click on Print Forms/Letters.

Highlight
Downloads.
The
Available Forms area will display a list of Transaction Summary Reports,
from the carrier, for every download received from the company for this client.
The date is reflective of when you uploaded the information into InsurancePro.
TIP: It is recommended that you run a download
session everyday to keep your client information accurate and up-to-date. See
tutorial for Download/Bridge for instructions on receiving electronic
updates.
Double
click on the report you would like to review.


The report gives a
description of exactly what was downloaded into InsurancePro.
There is a Print option on the top menu bar in the left corner of the
screen.
There is also a Close option on the top menu bar in the left
corner of the screen.

list of generic forms that will assist you in maintaining your client information. Highlight and click the Select button to open a form or just simply
double click on a form.
