InsurancePro allows you to manage your potential business in a very efficient manner. You can store information about potential clients, just like you would store information about any other policy. You can generate ACORD forms, print letters, post notes and follow up reminders, and do anything else you could with a regular client. The only difference would be that these clients will not show up in your Business and Production Reports.
There are two ways to add information about a potential client into InsurancePro. First option is that you can click on "Add new Client" from the Main Menu. Enter all the information as you would for any other client. For more information on how to add a new client, click here. When you get to the last screen before you click on "Done" to save the information, choose "Quote" as the Policy Status.
Another, more efficient way to add information about a quote or a potential customer is to fill out a Quote Request Form. Click on "Quote Forms" from the Main Menu, and then choose the type of policy you would like to get quote for.
You can fill in the Quote Sheet, and then print out the form and fax it to several Insurance Companies to receive a quote. When you click "Close", InsurancePro asks you if you would like to save the quote sheet. If you choose to save it, InsurancePro automatically makes a new entry for a potential customer, and saves the form in the "Saved Forms/Letters" section for future use.
