 Client/Policy Summary Screen – Policy Balance

 

 

InsurancePro can generate a quick overview of the policy transactions history and the current overall balance due on the policy. You can access the Policy Balance from the client summary screen.

 

 

 

The policy balance shows the following transactions for the policy:

  • Initial Premium

  • All Payments

  • Any Endorsements

  • Any Cancellations and Reinstatements

If the Insurance Company received the Down Payment directly, and you did not receive it in your Agency, you can specify that by check marking the option. InsurancePro will automatically deduct the down payment amount specified in the policy summary from the policy balance. This will give your client an accurate summary of the remaining balance on their policy.

 

If the down payment was received as a payment in your Agency, this check box will not be displayed.

 

Note: InsurancePro saves the status of the down payment check box from this screen. If this option is checked, InsurancePro will not ask for a down payment when exiting the client summary screen.
