Favorites:
You can add any Form, Letter or More ACORD
Form to the Favorites folder on the Print Forms/Letters screen
in InsurancePro. This feature creates "links" to those forms and letters.
Double-clicking on a “Favorite” form or letter will automatically create a
new form or letter of that type giving you quick and easy access to the
forms and letters that you use most often! See below for more useful tips on
how to make the most of the Favorites feature in InsurancePro.

Adding a Favorite:
You can add any Form, Letter or More ACORD Form to your Favorites list by
first selecting the item, then right-clicking it and selecting "Add to
Favorites" from the pop-up menu that appears.

Removing a Favorite:
You can
remove an item from your Favorites list by going to your Favorites list,
selecting the item you want to remove, right-clicking it and then selecting
"Remove from Favorites" from the pop-up menu that appears.

Favorites - Smart Install:
When you upgrade from a previous version
of InsurancePro to version 5.17 or later, InsurancePro will prompt you with
a
Scan for Favorites
dialog box (shown below). This
feature allows users to quickly make use of the “Favorites” feature by
scanning through saved forms and letters and adding a “Favorite” for each
type of form or letter that has been saved. This feature creates "links" to
those forms and letters. Double-clicking on a “Favorite” form or letter
will automatically create a new form or letter of that type giving them
quick and easy access to the forms and letters that they use most often!
