InsurancePro offers a comprehensive and smart Agency Accounting System.
However, there are many Insurance Agencies that use QuickBooks Software for
their Accounting needs. QuickBooks (www.quickbooks.com)
is a General Accounting Program, offering much more advanced Accounting
options.
If you choose to continue using QuickBooks, you can easily transfer
information about transactions entered in InsurancePro to QuickBooks.
To
export Data to QuickBooks, click on "Options" from the Main Menu.

Then click on "Export Data to Quick Books
(tm)". InsurancePro will ask you to specify the dates and the transactions
that you wan to export. You will have to specify the Bank Account Name in
QuickBooks that you want the transactions to export to.

When ready, click on the "Export" button.
InsurancePro will ask you to specify the name and the location of the export
file. After the data gets exported successfully, open up QuickBooks, and
choose the option to import a file. Specify the location and name of the file
that you exported from InsurancePro, and QuickBooks will import all the
transactions from InsurancePro.
Note:
You also have the options to rename
