 Client/Policy Summary Screen – View Payment History

 

 

This option will display the transaction history for the policy. It will show all the payments received from the client and also the checks that your agency wrote to the Insurance Company for sending payment concerning this client for this particular policy.

 

 

 

Note that if the client has other policies with your agency, even expired ones, the payment history for those other policies will NOT show in this screen. You can choose “Other Policies” or select the other policies from the “Find Client” screen to view the payment history for those policies. This is helpful and efficient, as you only see the current information, associated only with this policy, and you do not have to search through old and unrelated transactions.
