General Forms:

InsurancePro has many generic forms
included that Insurance Agencies use everyday. The advantage is that you
have these forms available in your computer to fill easily by tabbing over
fields, rather than filling them in by hand. If you want to fill in and
print and print these forms, and also save them for using later. You can
even fax or email them directly from InsurancePro.
To add a new generic form for your client,
click on “General Forms” from the Categories section. InsurancePro will give
you a list of different forms that you can generate in the “Available Forms”
list. You can either double click on the form that you would like to
generate, or single click and then click on “Select”.
InsurancePro will pull up the form, with
most of the information already filled in! You can edit any of the field.
Just use the “Tab” key on your keyboard to browse through the fields. Notice
the menu on the top right corner. You can choose to print the form once you
have filled in all the fields.

Once you are finished, you can click on
“Close” from the menu to exit out of the screen. But before you exit,
InsurancePro will ask if you want to save the form. If you choose “Yes”,
InsurancePro will save the form for you, with all the changes you made, so
that you can pull it up later.

Save As New Policy:
When you open
a Quote Sheet/Form from the General Forms category of the Print Forms /
Letters screen you can now save that quote as a new prospect policy! Simply
select "Save As" from the main menu as the instructions above and you will
be prompted with the following dialog:

Choosing "Yes"
at this dialog will create a new prospect policy of the same type that the
quote sheet represented (ex: an Auto quote sheet would generate a prospect
Auto policy). InsurancePro.
Note:
InsurancePro always
generates forms for a particular policy, therefore before you can generate
or print a form, you MUST have the client’s information already stored in
InsurancePro. First you will have to look up the client’s policy details.
Once you are in the “Client Summary” screen, click on the button “Print
Forms/Letters”.
