 Client/Policy Summary Screen – Print Forms/Letter

 

 

One of the most common tasks at an Insurance Agency is to print Forms and Letters. You might have written a new policy, for which you need to fill an ACORD™ Form, or you might have to fax a simple endorsement request to the Insurance Company, or you just want to write a Thank you note to your client. Whatever the case, InsurancePro provides you with many different ACORD Forms, Customizable Letters and Simple Forms. You can access them from the Client Information screen. When you choose a form, InsurancePro automatically fills out all the information available to it. You can fill the remaining fields, and then you can print out the form. You can also save the changes you make to a form or letter, and store it for future use.
