 Client/Policy Summary Screen – Certificate Holders

 

 

 

 

InsurancePro can also help you keep track of the Certificate Holders on a policy. First you have to look up the policy and get to the Client Summary screen. You can enter information about Lien Holders, Additional Insured, Mortgage, or any other type of Certificate Holder in this area. If you already have a Certificate Holder’s information stored in InsurancePro, you can add them for this policy from this screen, or you can enter information about a new one. By adding Certificate Holder’s Information in InsurancePro, you can keep track of the policy, and also automatically fill in the Certificate Holder’s information in ACORD forms such as Binders or other certificates.

 

Adding a Certificate Holder:

 

 To add information about a new Certificate Holder for the policy, click on “Add Cert. Holder”. You can fill in the information, and click on “Save”. Note that you can either choose the type from the list, or if it is not listed, you can simply type it in. Also, if you want to add a certificate holder who was a certificate holder on another policy, and whose information is already entered in InsurancePro, you can click on “Add Existing” and then choose the Certificate from the list.
