InsurancePro stores the name,
address, phone numbers for your agency, and uses this data in different ways.
The option to manage Agency Information can be selected from the Main Menu.

OR

The screen displays all the
data currently stored about your agency. To change or correct the
information, click on “Edit Agency Info” button, and then correct the data as
necessary. When finished, you can click on “Save Agency Info” to save changes
made or click on “Cancel Changes” to disregard any amendments.

"Logon Required at Program Startup" Checkbox:
The check box at the end
labeled "Logon Required at Program Startup" lets you determine
whether InsurancePro will require a User ID and password for logging in at
startup. This check box lets you add a security level on IP. Until a correct
combination of User ID and password is entered, the program will not allow
anyone to use the program. You can assign a unique User ID and password for
each one of your agents. Moreover, you can restrict which part of the program
will be accessible to which user. Details about how to assign User IDs and
passwords, and also about restricting user access, are explained in the
“Agent Information” section.
You can also choose to uncheck
user login, in which case, InsurancePro WILL NOT ask for a user ID or
password at ANY terminal when starting. This will also disable any access
restrictions, and anyone who starts InsurancePro will be able to review any
Information. Enabling User login is highly recommended, but the
feature can be disabled in case you opt to do so..
Agency Logo:
If you have your Agency logo
saved on the computer as a picture file, you can let InsurancePro know about
it, by clicking on the “Select Logo” label. This logo will automatically
appear on Endorsements or Letters that you can print from InsurancePro,
giving the generated letters a professional look and feel of a letterhead.
Add a New Location:
InsurancePro has multiple Location support. If your
agency has more than one location, you can provide information about the
other locations by click on "Add a New Location". This feature is
best utilized if you are running a Wide Area Network or a CITRIX server, and
computer in ALL your locations are connected.
