  Business Reports – Timeline Performance Graphs

InsurancePro’s Timeline Performance Graph lets you see how your performance has been over a period of time.

You can monitor your Agency's Performance, or the performance of a specific Agent or Company, using the following options:

You can generate the report for:

• Policy Count

• Business Commission

• Agency Fee

• Policy Premiums

• Cancellation

• Unearned Commission

You can view any of the above for All type of policies, or a specific type of policy. You also have the option to view the numbers on daily, weekly or monthly bases by specifying the "Group By" option.

Client List for an Agent:

If you choose a specific Agent, you also have the option to print out a list of all the customers this particular agent has dealt with within the specified dates. To generate a list of customer, first choose "Agent" under "Performance Report" from the sliding menu. Then under "Generate for", choose the Agent's Name. and finally, under "Report Type", choose "Client List". When you click on generate, you will get a list of all the clients for the selected agent.
