InsurancePro allows you to easily generate the
Commission Report for Insurance Companies you do business with. You can use
this Commission Statement to tally with the Commission Check/Statement that
you receive from the Insurance Company at the end of each month.

To generate a Commission Statement, choose “Comm.
Statements” from the sliding Report Options. Under “Generate For”, choose
the company you wish to generate the report for, and click on “Generate”.
You will get a list of each new policy, renewal, cancellation or endorsement
that had been recorded in InsurancePro for that particular company between
the specified dates.

Note:
The commission statement produced by InsurancePro
will be based on ONLY the information that has been recorded in
InsurancePro. In most cases, all the New Business commissions will be
completely accurate, but the endorsement commissions, cancellation refunds
(unearned commission) and renewal commissions might not be exact, as in most
cases all information about each of the above will not be entered in the
management system. However, you should get a very fair estimate of what you
can expect from the Insurance Company, and you can always tally the
statements from InsurancePro and the one that you receive from the Insurance
Company, and question transactions that are missing.
Also, for the Commission Statements to be accurate,
you must have the Commission Percent for each Insurance Company entered
correctly in InsurancePro.
