Business Reports – Overview
Overview
One of the main features of
InsurancePro is that it aids the Management in tracking production and
income. InsurancePro makes it very easy for you to analyze your Agency’s
Overall performance, and especially all your Agent’s performance, by using
detailed reports and graphs. To access the Business Reports and Graphs,
click on “Business Reports” from the Main Menu.
In this screen, if you move your mouse over “Report Options”, a menu will pull out from the side screen. InsurancePro gives you a graph or a report based on the options you select.
To generate a report, you will first have to select the dates for which you want to view the activities for. You can either specify the exact dates in the “From” and “To” date fields, or you can select an option from the sliding “Report Options” Menu to automatically set the dates for you. InsurancePro will base its report or only for the activity that occurred between these two dates.

Report/Graph for Details:
· Business Production/Performance Graphs
· Insurance Company’s Commission Statement
· Account Based Income/Expense Reports
